Medanta-owner Global Health sets price band of ₹319-₹336 for IPO

Global Health Limited, which operates and manages Medanta hospitals, has fixed a price band of ₹319-₹336 apiece for its ₹2,206-crore IPO. The issue will open for subscription on November 3 and close on November 7. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of up to 5.08 crore shares by shareholders and promoters.
