Medical plane that crashed in J'khand was 39 yrs old, wasn't in use for 4 yrs: Report
The Beechcraft C90 VT-AJV medical plane, which crashed in Jharkhand on February 23, was a 39-year-old aircraft with over 6,600 flying hours, HT reported. The aircraft, operated by Redbird Airways, reportedly lacked a black box and remained unused for four years from 2018 to 2022. The Ranchi-Delhi air ambulance crashed about 23 minutes after taking off, killing all seven occupants.
