Medical students forced to stay in 'murga' position by seniors, denied sleep in Gujarat

In a ragging incident reported from Bhavnagar Medical College, Gujarat, junior medical students alleged that six senior students tortured them. The victim students were forced to stay in 'murga' position, not allowed to eat or sleep, and were even extorted for ₹2.5 lakh. After an investigation, the accused students were suspended for six months to two years.
