Medlife raises ₹400 cr from Co-founder's family trust Prasid Uno

Bengaluru-based pharmacy platform Medlife is raising ₹400 crore from Prasid Uno Family Trust through debt with an option to convert into convertible redeemable preference shares. Prasid Uno is Medlife Co-founder Tushar Kumar's family trust. Medlife is also reportedly in talks to raise ₹1,064 crore from SoftBank and Cipla. In April, it had raised around ₹118 crore from Prasid Uno.
