Medvedev hits out at ATP over disqualification of Shapovalov

Denis Shapovalov was defaulted for swearing at a spectator during the Washington Open 2024 quarterfinal match against Ben Shelton on August 2. On top of his disqualification, the Canadian's prize money and 100 ranking points were initially stripped. Daniil Medvedev, who said Shapovalov shouldn’t have been disqualified, launched a scathing attack on ATP.
