Medvedev loses cool, throws racket & kicks advertising board at Cincinnati Open

Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev lost his cool during his men's singles round of 32 match against USA's Brandon Nakashima at the Cincinnati Open 2026. The 30-year-old smashed an advertising board with his racket, kicked it, knocked over microphones and argued with the umpire in frustration. Nakashima won the match 6-7(3), 7-6(4), 6-1 to reach the fourth round.
