Meesho receives ₹14.29 crore GST demand notice, plans to appeal

Meesho on Wednesday said it has received a GST demand notice of ₹14.29 crore. This is related to the tax collected at source (TCS) on transactions between resellers and customers for the period October 1, 2018, to March 31, 2020. "The company will file an appeal before the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT)," Meesho said in a filing.
