Meet the hairstylist who weaved Cynthia Erivo's 'Wicked' braids

Marie-Josee Mampusa-Yonda is a London-based hairstylist who created intricate micro-braids for Elphaba, Cynthia Erivo's character in 'Wicked'. Yonda fled from the Democratic Republic of Congo and sought refuge in London, despite not knowing even a word of English. She quickly learned the language, culture, and ways of life there.
