Meghalaya CM praises Shillong Cosplay Community's handmade costumes

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma met the Shillong Cosplay Community and shared a video on Instagram praising their handmade costumes as 'pure Meghalaya energy.' He commended young artists for crafting intricate ensembles from scratch. Separately, Shillong cosplayer Zacky D is set to represent India at an international cosplay competition in Singapore in December.
