Meghalaya unveils new facilities for Nongkrem Dance

Meghalaya on Wednesday inaugurated new cultural and tourism infrastructure at Lum Pomblang and Madan Syiem to support the iconic Nongkrem Dance. Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma said the project strengthens efforts to protect and promote Khasi traditions. Deputy CM Prestone Tynsong announced more upgrades, including plans to beautify Iewduh. Cultural performances marked the event.
