Fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi has been buying protection in Antigua by bribing several officials, financial crimes investigator Kenneth Rijock claimed in a blog post. He also corruptly influenced magistrate Conliffe Clarke to indefinitely delay his pending extradition to India, alleged Rijock.
