MeitY launches AI models EKA-1, Dhīr 2B & 5B under IndiaAI

MeitY unveiled three indigenous AI foundation models — EKA-1 (26B parameters) by Socket AI and Dhīr 2B & 5B by ZenteiQ — under the IndiaAI Mission. Supporting 100+ languages and offline deployment, they target math, coding, cybersecurity and enterprise AI. Models are publicly accessible via AIKosh under the Apache 2.0 licence.
