Men aged 17-45 required to take permission to leave country for over 3 months in Germany

According to Germany's new military reforms, all men aged 17 to 45 must obtain permission if they wish to leave Germany for more than three months. This rule applies to men planning to stay abroad for more than three months whether for education, employment, or long-term travel, reports said. Changes to the conscription law came into force from January.
