Men host iftar party, throw non-veg leftovers in stream used for washing temple idols in UP

Four people have been arrested for allegedly throwing leftovers of non-vegetarian food from an iftar party in a freshwater stream near Sonpathri Ashram Temple in UP's Sirsia. According to ashram head Hari Sharnanand, the water in the stream is used for washing idols and cooking purposes. The accused were identified as Jamal Ahmad, Irfan Ahmad, Imran Ahmad and Zaheer Khan.
