Men make reels sitting on car's windshield, hanging from windows; fined ₹33,000 in Noida

Noida Police imposed fines worth ₹33,000 after a video showed men making reels of them sitting on a car's windshield and hanging from its side windows. The men were seen grooving to music while the car, which featured a BJP flag, was seen driving around a roundabout. They were fined for dangerous driving and driving without insurance and seat belts.
