Menace of citing AI-generated judgements not only rampant in India, but also across the world: SC

The Supreme Court has expressed concern over the growing "menace" of lawyers citing AI-generated non-existent judgements in the court, stating it has become "rampant in all courts now, not only in India but throughout the world". Stating that the Supreme Court "will not take such practices kindly", the court warned advocates of strict action if found indulging in such practices.
