Mental bankruptcy: Ex-J&K DGP Vaid on ex-Pak envoy's 'We’ll bomb Delhi if US attacks us' remark

Former J&K DGP SP Vaid criticised Pakistan's ex-High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit after the latter advocated targeting Indian cities. "Inbreeding and cousin marriages have led to mental bankruptcy in Pakistan," said Vaid.
