Mental issue, not gun ownership caused Texas shooting: Trump

US President Donald Trump has said that the mass shooting that killed at least 26 people at a Texas church on Sunday was caused due to the attacker's "mental health problem". Gun ownership was not a factor, he added. Notably, more than 13,000 people have been killed in the US this year in over 52,000 incidents of gun violence.
