Mental poverty when only development carried out in forests: J'khand HC

Jharkhand HC said that it shows "mental poverty" when only development work is carried out in forests. "When we talk about development we should also talk about...connecting two jungles...We should've made elevated roads so that animals have a connection to the jungle," HC said. The court was hearing a case on the death of two elephant calves in Latehar forests.
