Mentally challenged man climbs electric tower in Mumbai; rescued
A 35-year-old mentally challenged man was rescued after he climbed an electric tower near Kasara railway station in Mumbai twice on Wednesday. "He was merely smiling and waving and didn't speak a word...We offered him tea...biscuits and tried to convince him to come down," one of the rescuers said. "The tower is near a high-tension wire," an officer said.
