Mercury Ev-Tech to acquire 70% stake in Haitek Automotive

Mercury Ev-Tech Ltd touched 5% upper circuit at ₹132.60 following its board's approval to acquire 70% stake in Haitek Automotive Private Limited, making it a subsidiary of the company post acquisition. The company is in the business of Manufacturing and Trading of Electronic vehicles in India.
