Merger of TV18 Broadcast, Hathway, Den into Network18 called off

Reliance Industries has called off the merger of TV18 Broadcast, Hathway Cable & Datacom and Den Networks into its TV business Network18 Media. "Considering that more than a year has passed from the time the board considered the scheme, it has decided to not proceed with the arrangement," Den said. The company had first announced the merger in February 2020.
