Message claiming ATMs will be closed for 2–3 days is fake: Govt

The government's PIB Fact Check clarified that a viral WhatsApp message claiming that the ATMs will be closed for 2-3 days due to a ransomware cyberattack by Pakistan is fake. "This Message is FAKE. ATMs will continue to operate as usual. Don't share unverified messages," the Indian government said.
