Message says Biocon chief prevented COVID-19 using coconut oil; company denies

Biopharmaceutical company Biocon has refuted claims in a message that its founder Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw "prevented" coronavirus by 'applying coconut oil in her nose four times a day'. Biocon said the fake message is doing the rounds on WhatsApp, adding, "Please don't take it as [Kiran's] advice." It shared a screenshot of a LinkedIn post the fake message was copied from.
