Meta, WhatsApp pleas against CCI's ₹213 cr fine admitted by NCLAT

The NCLAT has admitted Meta and WhatsApp's pleas against the Competition Commission of India's ₹213-crore fine on them over abuse of market dominance. The issue is related to WhatsApp's 2021 privacy policy update. Last year, the CCI barred WhatsApp from sharing its user data with other Meta companies for advertising purposes for five years.
