Meta contractors posed as teens, asked ChatGPT, Gemini about suicide, sex: Report

Meta contractors were instructed to pose as minors and test how rival chatbots, including OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Gemini, responded to prompts on suicide, sex, and eating disorders, WIRED reported. Workers created under-18 accounts and logged the bots' responses. Meta defended the practice as routine safety testing and said it doesn't use competitor benchmarks to train its own AI models.
