Meta delays closing Within Unlimited acquisition deal by a month

Meta doesn't expect to close the deal to acquire VR startup Within Unlimited before January 31, according to a court filing. The company has agreed to postpone the closing by one month or until the first day after the court rules on US Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) preliminary injunction trial. FTC in July filed a lawsuit to block the deal.
