Meta employee puts family planning on hold due to layoff fears

An anonymous Meta employee shared on Blind that ongoing job insecurity has forced her to put family planning on hold. In her post, which later surfaced on X, she wrote there is zero guarantee she will remain employed by next year or after maternity leave. She expressed concern over her biological clock while citing unstable company dynamics, reports stated.
