Meta employees push back against performance-based layoffs

Employees affected by Meta layoffs pushed back against "low performer" label and said that the job cuts were part of business strategy and not performance. Meta layoffs were implemented by Mark Zuckerberg's company on Monday which affected 3,600 employee. The company said they were low performing.
