Meta India head summoned again over ads selling child sex abuse content

National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) summoned Head of Meta India on September 16 regarding the investigation into child sexual abuse material ads on Instagram. The ads reportedly sold such material for ₹99. Meta India's chief was earlier summoned on September 9 after NCPCR issued a notice to Meta on July 3 seeking an explanation for the ads.
