Meta has decided to issue new non-voting Class C shares in January 2027 to help fund its rapid AI expansion. The company also raised the lower end of its annual capital expenditure forecast, expecting it to range between $135 billion and $145 billion. This comes after its personal AI agent, Muse, surpassed 10 million users in the US and Canada.
