Meta's top AI scientist eyes $3.5 bn valuation for new startup: FT

Meta's outgoing Chief AI Scientist Yann LeCun is in early talks to raise €500 million ($586 million) for his new AI startup at a valuation of around €3 billion ($3.5 billion), the FT reported. LeCun has also picked French startup Nabla's Founder Alexandre LeBrun as CEO. Last month, LeCun said he would leave Meta by the end of the year.
