Meta sent me a box labelled 'leaver' with emojis inside, says fired staff; shares pic

A former Meta employee claimed the company sent him a box labelled "leaver" a month after he was laid off. The box contained two emoji Christmas tree ornaments, Matt Motyl said. Sharing a picture on Twitter, he wrote, "There was no note explaining this." Meanwhile, Meta said the box was sent to Motyl assuming that "they were his personal items".
