Meta tests human agents to handle calls placed by its Muse AI agent: Report

Meta is testing a "human concierge" for its new personal AI assistant, Muse, with human contractors secretly handling some calls, Reuters reported. The feature was enabled for about half of Meta's employees last week, shortly after Muse launched phone-calling capabilities. The AI agent can contact US businesses to book appointments, check product availability and obtain quotes on behalf of users.
