Meta to sell ₹9.04 lakh crore worth of shares to fund AI efforts

Meta is seeking to raise up to $95 billion (nearly ₹9.04 lakh crore) through a stock offering to fund its AI infrastructure expansion. It plans to offer $35 billion in common and preferred stock and raise another $60 billion through an "at-the-market" programme. Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom have expressed interest in collectively buying up to $5 billion worth of shares.
