Meta has updated its smart glasses to disable the camera if the LED light, which signals that recording is on, is destroyed or tampered with. The firm is also taking down advertisements and posts that show how such safety features can be disabled. This comes after users were physically modifying or destroying the LED to bypass safeguards, Meta said.
