Meta worker starts AI radio station amid 8,000 job cuts, plays 'Big Beautiful Layoff'

A Meta employee launched an internal radio station to help coworkers deal with anxiety shortly before the company laid off 8,000 employees. The employee used Meta's own tools to play AI-generated songs about the job cuts, such as "Missing the People" and "Big Beautiful Layoff". The station is called "520 FM", referring to the May 20 date for the layoffs.
