Meta's metaverse app facing quality issues, staff not using it enough: Exec in memo

Meta's flagship metaverse app, Horizon Worlds, is suffering from too many quality issues, according to an internal memo. In the memo, Meta's VP of Metaverse Vishal Shah, said the employees within the team aren't spending much time on Horizon. "Why don't we love the product we've built...If we don't love it, how can we expect...users to love it?" he added.
