Metro Lines 7 & 2A in Mumbai get safety certification

Mumbai’s Metro Line 7 and Metro Line 2A have been granted the much-awaited safety certification from the Chief Commissioner of Rail Safety. This certification means both metro lines can now operate at a full capacity speed of 80 km/h. It is certainly an upgrade from the temporary speed limit of 50 to 60 km/h in certain areas.
