Metro rides to get costlier in B'luru as BMRCL approves fare hike

Metro rides in Bengaluru will get costlier as Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) board has approved a recommendation to hike fares. The official announcement on the extent of the hike and its implementation date will be made soon. The development comes two weeks after Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation increased its ticket and pass prices by 15%.
