Mexican drug lord El Chapo's wife admits helping run drug cartel

Mexican drug lord Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán's 31-yr-old wife Emma Coronel Aispuro has pleaded guilty in a US federal court to three counts of conspiring to distribute illegal drugs, conspiring to launder money and engaging in financial dealings with the Sinaloa drug cartel. The former beauty queen could face up to life in prison for the drug distribution charge alone.
