Mexican drug lord El Mencho's romantic partner's aide exposed his location, led to his death

Giving details about the killing of drug lord El Mencho, Defense Minister Ricardo Trevilla said information about his whereabouts by a confidante of one of his romantic partners helped them plan the raid. During the raid, the druglord's team opened fire and the exchange of gunfire moved to a cabin complex in a wooded area. He died in a helicopter.
