Mexico, ASEAN gained more from US-China trade war than India: GTRI

Mexico, Canada and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) were the key beneficiaries of the US-China trade war, think tank GTRI said. In comparison, India ranked sixth, with exports to the US rising by $36.8 billion. "India needs to increase local value addition in exports, as many rely heavily on imported inputs," GTRI added.
