Mexico, USA qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar

Mexico and the USA on Wednesday booked their spots for the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Mexico beat El Salvador 2-0 while the US lost 0-2 to Costa Rica but still qualified after the final round of CONCACAF qualifiers. The US, Canada and Mexico will jointly host the next FIFA World Cup in 2026.
