Mexico's Colima volcano erupts sending ash 2 km into air

Mexico's Colima volcano erupted on Wednesday sending a large plume of ash and thick black smoke over 2 km above the crater. The eruption, the third this year, could reportedly be heard up to 60 km away. Notably, Mexico has more than 3,000 volcanoes, but only 14 are considered active.
