MHA asks MCD to prepare blueprint for fire safety audit of every Delhi home

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has directed the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to prepare a blueprint for conducting fire and structural audits of every home in the city, including homes in unauthorised colonies. MHA also asked Delhi Fire Services (DFS) to prepare a three-year plan for expanding network of fire stations and acquiring advanced firefighting and rescue equipment.
