MHADA to sell 6,000 affordable flats in Pune; 3,082 to be sold via lottery
Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has announced plans to sell nearly 6,000 (5,990) affordable flats in Pune region in February, according to a statement. Of these flats, 3,082 will be sold through a lottery system, while the rest will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The price for each flat varies from ₹13 lakh to above ₹60 lakh.
