MI buy India captain Harmanpreet for ₹1.80 cr in 1st WPL auction

MI bought India captain Harmanpreet Kaur for ₹1.80 crore in the inaugural Women's Premier League auction on Monday. MI secured the 33-year-old, who had a base price of ₹50 lakh, after a bidding war with UP Warriorz and RCB. Harmanpreet is the most capped player in women's T20Is, having played 147 T20Is in her career so far.
