Mi-17 helicopter crashes in central Afghanistan, 9 killed

Afghanistan Defence Ministry said that nine people, including a pilot and five Afghan security force members, were killed after one of its Mi-17 helicopters crashed in the country's central region on Wednesday. The helicopter was hit by a rocket while taking off, according to reports. The Defence Ministry added that it is investigating the cause of the crash.
