Michael B Jordan to produce DC's 'Static Shock' film

Hollywood actor Michael B Jordan has signed on to produce the movie adaptation of the DC comic book 'Static Shock'. "I'm proud to be a part of building a new universe centered around black superheroes," Michael told The Hollywood Reporter. In the comics, Static aka Virgil Hawkins, is a teenager who transforms into a superhero with electromagnetic powers.
